Reservations

All reservations with All About the Bounce, LLC can be made through our website. All reservations  require a $50 non refundable deposit on a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card in advance of the event to secure a reservation. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is the fault of All About the Bounce, LLC. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty.  We deliver with in a 25 mile radius. If your rental is further away please call for additional charges.

We will need your full name, physical address, email, phone number, date and any additional information. If you have an irrigation system please let us know when booking.

Delivery, Setup & removal

Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 min-4 hours before your party. You will not be billed extra for this time. 

It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to setup the unit, inspect for safety, check operation and go over contract guidelines.  A household outlet, generator and if renting a waterslide a water supply with hose with in 100 ft of the house.

Setup area: We will need a fairly flat, clean area. Please clean up any sticks, rocks, and/or Dog poo before we get there.  We will not be able to setup in an area covered in any of these things; having to clean dog poo off our bounce houses makes us very sad.  Please be aware of the size of the unit you are renting it is posted in the descriptions.

 

Rental unit will be picked up within 3 hours of the end of your reservation time. Let us know is an exact pickup time is needed. Please remember it will take about 30 minutes to take down. You do not have to be present for the take down as long as it is accessible.

Loss of power or Damage

The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of power.  It is important to stay calm should this happen.  The adult supervisor should help all users exit the unit safely.  Once everyone has exited the unit, check is the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has come unplugged.  If so, plug the blower back in and turn on.  If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance.

 

If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customer will be responsible for any damage that did not result from normal use of the unit. (dog bites, cuts with knife or sharp objects)

Weather guidelines

Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly as possible.  Please cover the blower with a tarp if possible or move it to a dry location.   Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use of our dry units.

 

 As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming, we will not deliver the unit. Once the unit is setup, we will be unable to provide a refund.  We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.
